Spread across 30,000 sq. ft. on the second floor of Sky Park, e-Fitness is easily one of the most spacious fitness centre in town. It is equipped with state-of-the-art gym equipment, a full-fledged boxing ring, as well as studios that host a range of group fitness classes including Body Pump, Body Combat, Zumba, Hip Hop, RPM, Yoga, and many more, all led by highly-qualified and charismatic trainers.
Let’s not forget, our very own in-house personal trainers who will also lead a range of exciting fitness classes such as E-step, E-box, E-core, E-fit and E-tense. The fitness centre is also fitted with lockers, steam baths, saunas and showers. Swimming pool facility is also available for members.
Our reception area is a tranquil and relaxing place where members can kick back, relax and enjoy the environment.
The changing rooms are contemporary in appearance and have individual showers, lockers and changing area, as well as sauna, showers, and hair dryers. The gym consists of a few main areas like the cardio area, studio rooms, free weights area, resistance room and the personal training room.
The cardio area features treadmills, upright bikes, recumbent bikes, rowers, steppers and cross trainers that are equipped with the cardio theatre system. Like the resistance room, this area is staged around several large LCD screens.
The variable resistance area houses a full range of equipment that is designed to help you shape and tone all areas of the anatomy, including leg extension, leg curls, separate inner and outer thigh, Glutes , lat pull down, chest press, peck deck, triceps extension, and biceps curls.
The free weights area is set aside for specialist abdominal and core work, stretch and one to one instruction. Adjacent to the main gym is the personal training room; this area is used for private consultations, fitness, lifestyle and Nutritional Assessments.
This is where the transformation process begins; all new members are offered free additional assessment with an experienced personal trainer, the assessment is in depth and takes about an hour to complete, this includes height, weight, BMI, Body composition, heart rate, blood pressure, flexibility, lung function and efficiency, strength and fitness level. This is to determine which programme best suits your individual needs, following this process your fitness professional will compile a comprehensive and detailed report, on all aspects of the assessment, enabling them to design and write your individual plan.
